Jennifer Lawrence returns as Katniss in first ‘Hunger Games Catching Fire’ sneak, full teaser coming
The Hunger Games are back! While it’s a very short clip, star Liam Hemsworth is set to unveil the full teaser at the MTV Movie Awards on April 14.
The video will then be available online at TheHungerGamesExplorer.com after the broadcast. That site has a clock counting down to the teaser’s arrival.
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire will arrive in theaters on Nov. 22, 2013. Jennifer Lawrence will reprise her role as heroine Katniss Everdeen in the sequel, along with Josh Hutcherson as her fellow Hunger Games victor Peeta Mellark.
The preview shows an official announcing victors Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) and Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) for their tour across Panem. Cut to a shot of the back of Effie Trinket’s impeccably coiffed pink-haired head as she ushers Peeta and Katniss out into the spotlight.
The MTV Movie Awards will air live on Sunday, April 14, at 9 p.m. ET, with “Pitch Perfect” star Rebel Wilson acting as host.
