Make Money On Deliveries

Food and package delivery are rapidly gaining popularity, and you can earn by becoming a delivery driver. The work is straight forward. You receive packages and deliver to the given address. You get to choose when to work. It can be in the evening, weekends, or any free time you have got. There are lots of platforms where you search for delivery drivers across Vegas, including:

UberEats

UberEats is a popular food delivery service across the US. They help connect drivers with local restaurants that need delivery services. You can make as much as $8 -$12 delivering food across Vegas provided you are over 19 and have a car made after 1998.

If you meet the requirements, then you can visit the website to apply and download the app to be notified where to deliver.

You can also work for UberEats if you own a scooter or bike, provided you are 18 or above.

DoorDash

DoorDash is another food delivery service that offers delivery jobs across every state. It connects drivers and restaurants or customers that need their food delivered. The pay is around $8 – $15 per hour and you get to keep any tip.

To work with Doordash, you need to have an insured vehicle and at least one year of driving experience. It also requires that drivers undergo a background check.

Postmates

Postmates works just like UberEats. Drivers are connected to restaurants, grocery stores, and retailers that need to deliver goods, food, or packages.

The requirement is similar to that of DoorDash. You will be required to undergo a background check and be at least 18 years old.

You can make within $10 -$15 or above depending on the location and the time/day you are out. You can earn as much as $50 working in San Fransisco on a Saturday night. And you get to keep 100% of any tip you receive. A smartphone is necessary to download the postmates app.

Amazon Packages Delivery

AmazonFlex is a work program where you deliver Amazon Packages to specific locations. Vegas is one of the operating cities for the program, and you can make about $18 – $25 an hour. If you love the flexibility of setting your hours, then Amazon Flex will be ideal for you.

The requirements include being at least 21 years of age, having a drivers’ license, a social security number, and be able to show proof of insurance. Drivers will also need to pass a background check.

Other apps that allow you to earn delivering items include Shipt, GrubHub, Hermes, and Yodel.

Make Money With Ride-Sharing Apps

Ride-sharing has become a significant concept across major cities around the world, and one of the best ways to earn with your car. It has changed the way taxis operate, especially in suburban areas.

The apps offer a flexible schedule for drivers. You have to fire up the app on your free time and see if there’s a fare. Below are some popular ride-sharing apps in Vegas.

Uber

Uber is the most popular ride-sharing app and one of the widely used apps across the country. Once accepted into Uber, you have the potential to earn as much as $20 per hour.

Uber is a partner to UberEats, so Uber drivers can work with UberEats to deliver food without another application.

The requirements include a background check and having a reliable car.

Lyft

Lyft is a ride-sharing app that connects drivers and riders across major cities in the US and is always looking to hire new drivers.

Drivers are required to be at least 21 years old and have a quality vehicle with insurance. It offers many features that set it apart from other apps. Drivers can earn more in certain areas that are tagged “power zones”.

It also allows quick access to your cash using their express pay feature.

Make Money Wrapping Your Car with Advertisements

If you drive around a lot, then you may earn more than $100 monthly using your car as a rolling billboard.

If you don’t mind placing ads all over your car, then you can check out websites like CarQuids and Rollin’ Ads to get started.

The requirements include being at least 18 years old, have a clean driving record and background. You will also be required to meet specific maintenance requirements.

The full wraps earn you more. But window decals can still make you above $50 monthly.

Make Money Renting Your Car

You don’t necessarily need to drive to make money with your car. If you have a spare car or don’t drive your car too often, then you can make money renting it out to others.

Here are some apps that allow you to rent out your car.

Turo

Regarded as a peer-to-peer car rental app, Turo connects you with people around your neighborhood that want to rent your car. The rental fee is calculated based on the value of your vehicle.

You will be notified when someone is interested in your car and you can either accept or decline to rent it out.

Getaround

Get around is another platform that allows you to list your car for rental. Gettaround is always looking for car owners in larger metropolitan areas, including Vegas where their services are more needed.

You’ll get paid monthly based on the time your car is rented.
