Plants provide people with oxygen, and they are simply aesthetically pleasing to look at. It is exactly for this reason that you need to have more indoor plants in office spaces.
Perhaps setting up the perfect office space was not always one of your top priorities as a business, but it always should be. It should be prioritized even before you outline what is expected of each employee.
