Henry Cavill praises Ben Affleck and the chance to work together in the ‘Man of Steel’ sequel
While promoting the Blu-ray release of Man of Steel, star Henry Cavill spoke about the addition of Ben Affleck as Batman in the sequel.
Talking with Total Film the Tudors star offered only praise for his future co-star.
“I’m sure he’ll be fantastic above all else.,” Cavill began.
Fans may be apprehensive or complaining across the Internet, but Cavill isn’t worried and looks forward to teaming with the Argo star and director.
“He’s also been tenacious in his career…Ups followed by downs and now he’s very up again. I think requires and shows a special strength of character and it’s something I enjoy working with cause jobs like this require a strength of character.
They require a dedication to the work and a belief in one’s self. Ben has that clearly.”

The cast of Man of Steel (Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne) is set to return alongside Affleck as the Caped Crusader.
Again, it be pleasing for fans to know announces will likely follow soon as production is set to begin in early 2014.
