‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2’ trailer reveals more footage, action, Kurt Russell
A new trailer has dropped for James Gunn‘s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and fans finally get a peak at Kurt Russell’s Ego, aka Star-Lord’s daddy.
The new trailer pieces together much of the footage from previous trailers/teasers and fans can really start to see the film take shape.
Nebula (Karen Gillan) is also added to the fray as a new member of the A-hole family, more shots of cute Baby Groot and plenty of action shots. Check out the new trailer below.

Set to the backdrop of ‘Awesome Mixtape #2,’ Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 continues the team’s adventures as they traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos. The Guardians must fight to keep their newfound family together as they unravel the mysteries of Peter Quill’s true parentage. Old foes become new allies and fan-favorite characters from the classic comics will come to our heroes’ aid as the Marvel cinematic universe continues to expand.
GOTG2 will star Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Gamora (Zoe Saldana), and Drax (Dave Bautista) returning with Rocket Raccoon (Bradley Cooper) and Groot (Vin Diesel). Michael Rooker’s Yondu will also be back, likely in a bigger role with Elizabeth Debicki, Pom Klementieff, and Glenn Close.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 arrives in theaters on May 5th.
