Florida woman, Jennifer Yi, makes headlines for 3 DUI arrests in one week
A Florida woman is in jail without bail after she was arrested three times in six days for drunk driving making headlines. All three mugshots are below.
Jennifer Yi, 31, was arrested near her home after midnight Tuesday. She was charged with DUI and DUI with property damage, Hillsborough County jail records show.
Yi, was also arrested for DUI on April 30 and May 1. She was released on bond for both prior arrests, records show, and refused to submit to a urine test each time.
10 News summarized the Yi case noting “She refused to take a BAC and urine tests and was released on May 1 at 8 a.m. on $500 bond…She was out only a few hours when she was arrested again on Brandon Boulevard for DUI and, again, refused to take a BAC and urine test. She was released the next morning at 3:37 a.m. on $500 surety bond.”
Drinking and driving is an epidemic that killed 676 people in the state of Florida in 2013.
