Florida substitute teacher, Samuel Bullock, arrested after nude photos sent to student
A Florida substitute teacher in Hillsborough County is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 14-year-old student.
Samuel Bullock Jr., 23, is accused of having sexual conversations with the student and sending the teen several nude photos of himself. Deputies added more details, stating that many of the conversations happened between August 30 and Sept. 16 of this year, a fact confirmed after examining both Bullock and the unnamed victim’s phones.
“During these conversations, the defendant and victim participated in numerous explicit sexual conversations,” deputies said. “The defendant and victim attempted on numerous occasions to arrange to meet and engage in sexual intercourse but never did.”
On Sept. 8, deputies say Bullock was seen hugging and kissing the student while working at Riverview High School.
Deputies say the defendant and victim also tried to meet for sex, but never did. The suspect confessed to having these sexual conversations with the victim, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Bullock was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail on Orient road.
The school district sent out phone calls Thursday night to notify parents of the arrest.
The sheriff’s office said it will continue to work closely with the Hillsborough County School District as the investigation continues.
