Florida Hospital Carrollwood Occupational Health Services opens new clinic
PRESS RELEASE: Florida Hospital Carrollwood Occupational Health Services announces the opening of a newly expanded 6,000 sq. ft. full-service clinic at 7001 N. Dale Mabry Highway Suite 10 in Tampa, Florida. The clinic features seven exam rooms, on-site physical therapy and digital imaging, 24-hour drug testing, workers’ compensation, DOT and NON-DOT physicals and immunizations.
Staffed with a full time, occupational medicine board certified medical director, the clinical team also includes, nurses, medical assistants, imaging technician, physical therapist and case manager. Employers now have the ability to use an online portal to access employee’s work status and limited access to secure medical records. Additionally, the clinic is located on the Florida Hospital Carrollwood campus should additional care be needed.
