First ‘Wonder Woman’ trailer revealed at SDCC 2016
The first trailer for next year’s Wonder Woman landed at San Diego Comic-Con and fans are more excited than ever.
Gal Gadot’s Amazon was one of the bright spots in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and fans now get a good look at the tone of the film, set in World War I with Chris Pine co-starring as Steve Trevor.
Directed by Patty Jenkins (Monster) Collider noted that it looks “fantastic”…Visually, this thing looks stunning. It’s important that each film in the DC Extended Universe looks distinct, to avoid monotony, and Jenkins’ eye here is wonderful, throwing in plenty of slow-motion action shot with very high-speed cameras.”
Gadot and Pine star with Connie Nielsen, Robin Wright, David Thewlis, Danny Huston, Elena Anaya, Ewen Bremner, and Saïd Taghmaoui.
Scripted by Geoff Johns and Allan Heinberg, Wonder Woman will arrive in theaters nationwide on June 2nd, 2017.
