First teaser for ABC’s ‘Inhumans’ reveals family betrayal and treason

While there is only voiceovers, the short clip for the new Marvel Studios TV show, Inhumans, confirms family betrayal and treason in an effort to attain freedom.

“Are we supposed to follow our king and remain as silent as he is?,” asks a male voice, to which a female replies: “You’re talking about betraying your brother. You’re talking about treason.”

Check out the clip below.

Marvel’s Inhumans explores the never-before-told epic adventure of the royal family, including Black Bolt, played by Anson Mount, the enigmatic, commanding King of the Inhumans. The male voice in the clip appears to be that of Iwan Rheon (Game of Thrones), who plays Black Bolt’s brother Maximus.

Medusa (Serinda Swan), Maximus (Iwan Rheon), Karnak (Ken Leung), Gorgon (Eme Ikwuakor), Crystal (Isabelle Cornish), Triton (Mike Moh), and Auran (Sonya Balmores).

Inhumans will also include Lockjaw, Crystal’s massive teleporting canine companion. Marvel set Iron Fist producer Scott Buck as the Inhumans showrunner, while they additionally enlisted Black Sails helmer Roel Reiné to direct the first two episodes of the eight-episode season.

Inhumans arrive on September 1.
