Donald Albritton, Pennsylvania man, steal a ring from ex-girlfriend to ‘patch things up’ with wife
Police report that a Scranton, Pennsylvania man has been arrested for stealing his ex-girlfriend’s engagement ring to patch up things with his wife.
Donald Albritton, age 35, visited Megan White on Thanksgiving with a scheme to steal jewelry and shoes from White’s home.
During dinner, White states in the police report, she removed her ring which was taken by Albritton – “palmed” was the description used by witnesses quoted in the report.
White went to authorities and filed a police report after she was informed Albritton gave her engagement ring to his wife in an effort to “patch up his marriage.”
Albritton is charged with one count of theft.
The also faces separate charges of robbery, attempted robbery and simple assault.
