Disney denies ‘Toy Story 4’ rumors as Pixar slate full with ‘Finding Nemo 2’ added
Disney has denied reports that Toy Story 4 is in the works.
Rumors about a new installment in the Pixar series began circulating today (February 19) after a Columbian radio executive tweeted that the film had been confirmed for release in 2015.
“In 2015, Pixar will release ‘Toy Story 4,’ the voices of Tom Hanks, Tim Allen and Joan Cusack confirmed for the main characters.”
Pixar’s slate is already full—they are already working on “Monsters University” (release date June 21, 2013); “The Good Dinosaur” (May 30, 2014); and the “Untitled Pixar Movie That Takes You Inside the Mind” (June 19, 2015).
Finding Nemo 2 has also been confirmed for release in 2016, with the original’s voice actor Albert Brooks recently signing up to reprise his role as Marlin.
