Delaware: Missing woman Ahyanna Baker-Griffin dead in murder suicide, killed by boyfriend Dishiem Johnson
Authorities in Delaware are ruling that the disappearance Ahyanna Baker-Griffin ended in tragedy, a murder suicide at the hands of her boyfriend Dishiem Johnson.
Ahyanna Baker-Griffin, 20, was reported missing Saturday afternoon, around 3:30 p.m. On Thursday, officers found Johnson’s car abandoned in a parking lot at 155 S. West Street in Camden, so police headed to his home nearby.
Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman of Dover police now said Thursday her death was a homicide after she was found dead with Johnson, 21, in his apartment.
Hoffman confirmed the two were dead from gunshot wounds.
The Delaware Division of Forensic Science Office of the Medical Examiner will make the final determination on cause of death.
