Daredevil, Defenders will appear in ‘Avengers Infinity War’
Avengers: Infinity War will feature an onslaught of heroes to battle Thanos and his Infinity Gauntlet of power. Director Joss Whedon hints at even more villains to appear.
According to Comic Book Movie, the Daredevil character, played by the current Netflix actor Charlie Cox will appear in Avengers: Infinity War – Part 2 with the Defenders, which include Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist, all part of the Netflix series of shows.
“There’s no details on whether that will be a cameo appearance or something more, but Marvel will clearly pull out all the stops for the movie. By 2019, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist will have more than likely had starred in at least a couple of seasons each, not to mention The Defenders. Could an appearance in Avengers: Infinity War – Part Two lead to them getting solo movies in Phase 4?” asks the site.

IB Times quoted an interview with Joss Whedon, asking about the absence of Thanos from Avengers Age of Ultron.
“He was always meant to be the puppet-master until he was doing that and then he’ll be the big villain they face off with. Not solely – I’m sure they’ll be plenty more [villains] in that monstrous epic, because one thing Marvel doesn’t do is string a story out into two movies that shouldn’t be two movies. They’ll give you two big movies. I feel like we got two movies into this one!” they detail.
