Chris Hemsworth says ‘Thor Ragnarok’ will ‘be big’ but there’s no script yet
Fans will get an update on Thor: Ragnarok, a film in the Phase Three of Marvel Studios’ flicks and Digital Spy pinned down Chris Hemsworth for a comment during his promotion for Blackhat.
Don’t get to excited because the star just responds to the question that the Avengers: Age of Ultron changes things for Thor and impacts the character moving forward.
“Yeah, definitely… they have to, don’t they?” he asked, laughing. “No [I can’t give away any hints], but I will say there is no script for the next Thor. So, I have no idea where we’re going to end up, but it’s pretty big… this one.”
“It’s going to be big,” he tells DS. Check out the clip below.
Ragnarok, which can be translated as “Fate of the Gods” or “Twilight of the Gods”, is a North myth that tells of the universe’s destruction and the death of gods.
Marvel exec Kevin Feige said this last fall on the third Thor film: “This is a very important movie for us in Phase 3…We plan on taking Thor to another level. It picks up where we leave Thor in Avengers: Age of Ultron and impacts everything that comes after.”
The film will be written by screenwriters Craig Kyle and Christopher Yost.
Co-stars Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston, Kat Jennings, Jamie Alexander and Idris Elba are all set to reprise their roles from the first two Thor films.
Thor: Ragnarok will be released on July 28, 2017.
