Chris Hemsworth looks to ‘Thor 2’ for a makeup with Loki
The post “Avengers” future for Thor and Loki appear to be strained, but Chris Hemsworth looks ahead with optimism. At the London premiere of “Snow White and the Huntsman,” the “Thor” star explains brotherly forgiveness and hope that the Asgardians can work out their differences.
Talking with MTV News, Hemsworth expressed hope that they pair patch things up.
“It’s what I loved about the comics. It was never clean and cut and that’s it. It was always like, Thor would forgive him, they’d be friends, and Loki would betray him again. ‘You idiot, Thor! Again?’ But it was different than your normal good guy, bad guy scenario. They’re brothers, you know? Anyone with siblings understands that. ‘That’s it, I’m never talking to you again… want to play football?'”
Playing Thor in a solo film and now in “The Avengers,” Hemsworth joked about what Loki would need to do in order to win over his brother.
“He’s got to apologize, doesn’t he? Baked goods. Muffins or something. That would be a bribe we could start with. Beyond that, I don’t know.”
Fellow castmembers Kristen Stewart and Charlize Theron dazzled at the London premiere wearing revealing frocks (as described by the Daily Mail).

Before returning for “Thor 2,” which starts filming this fall, the Aussie will wrap up filming Ron Howard’s auto racing film “Rush” and begin promoting the remake of “Red Dawn,” which comes to theaters in November.
Tom Hiddleston will return as Loki for “Thor 2,” but additional villains are rumored.
