Orange County deputies have identified the two deceased suspects found near where a Windermere police officer was murdered Sunday.

The two teens, Brandon Goode, 18, and Alexandria Hollinghurst, 17, were both found dead Saturday from suicide. The pair were stopped by Officer Robert German, age 31, as they were walking on the road, Windermere Police Department Chief David Ogden detailed to the press. German immediately called for assistance.
This incident occurred just before 4a.m. and the responding officers found German shot on the ground and heard gunshots in the background. German was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
“The deputy knew he had a suspicious set of circumstances, so he called for backup,” said Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings, in the press conference.
The area where the pair were walking is a private, gated community, one that Tiger Woods had a home.
Demings said they conducted a perimeter patrol and soon found the pair on the grounds of a multi-million dollar home, both from nearby Davenport, dead of apparently self-inflicted gunshot wounds.
“The two suspects were found very close to where Officer German was shot,” Demings explained. “It appears to be that both suspects, a male and female, died from self-inflicted gun shot wounds.”
Mayor Gary Bruhn called on residents to tie a blue ribbon on mailboxes and light poles to show support for the town’s police. German was a Windermere officer for five years.
