Ben Shapiro threatened by Zoey Tur on air, ‘see you in the parking lot’ after calling her ‘sir’
A transgender debate turned ugly as Zoey Tur, formerly Bob Tur, became rather irate towards Ben Shapiro during a round table discussion on Dr. Drew’s show, Dr. Drew On Call. At the 5:30 minute mark below, Tur objects to being called “Sir” during Shapiro’s rant on genetics, gender identity and reacts physically.
“Why are we mainstreaming delusion?” Shapiro inserts into the discussion on Bruce Jenner/Caitlyn Jenner.
When asked why he would refer to transgenderism as “delusion.” He responded, “Because, Bruce — Caitlyn Jenner, I’ll call him Caitlyn Jenner –” Schacher then interjected, “No, it’s her, you’re not being polite to the pronouns, it’s disrespectful.”
Shapiro responded, “Okay, forget about the disrespect, facts don’t care about your feelings. It, turns out that every chromosome, every cell in Caitlyn Jenner’s body, is male, with the exception of some of his sperm cells. … It turns out that he still has all of his male appendages. How he feels on the inside is irrelevant to the question of his biological self.”
After more rambling and back-and-forth, Shapiro asked if the discussion was supposed to be on genetics and asked, “What are your genetics, sir?”

In a very abrasive move, Tur grabs him by the neck and threatens to knock him into the middle of next week, “You cut that out now, or you’ll go home in an ambulance.” Shapiro responded, “That seems mildly inappropriate for a political discussion.”

Security got involved to escort Sharpiro out of the building after Zoey mentioned meeting him in the parking lot. As news broke, critics pointed out the violent move.
