‘Beauty and the Beast’ star Luke Evans visits Gaston’s taven, feels honored
Luke Evans, who’s set to star as Gaston in Disney’s live-action version of Beauty and the Beast, provided some extra PR for his role with a trip to Disney World.
Evans, 36, visited Gaston’s Tavern at the Florida theme park in Orlando and got the chance to see the rest of the Beauty and the Beast area.
“Such a fun time at Disney world. And seeing the Gaston fountain made me feel very honoured. @DisneyStudios thank you!” the Dracula star wrote on his Twitter, along with a photo in front of the fountain. Check out the image below.
Beauty and the Beast stars Emma Watson as Belle with Downton Abbey star Dan Stevens as the Beast.
Joining Evans as Gaston’s flunky is Josh Gad (Frozen) as Le Fou. Ewan McGregor and Ian McKellen have been cast to bring Lumiere and Cogsworth to life with Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts. Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Stanley Tucci, Kevin Kline, Sonoya Mizuno, Hattie Morahan,Audra McDonald and Michael Jibson round out the cast.
Beauty and the Beast is set to arrive in theaters on March 17, 2017.
