Arrest warrant issues and a fired IT director from Angela Corey’s office taint the Zimmerman case

Florida State’s Attorney Angela Corey has been indicted by a citizens’ grand jury over the alleged falsification of the arrest warrant and complaint in the Trayvon Martin case. Corey is now under question for firing Ben Kruidbos, the IT director whose testimony in the case asserted that prosecutors did not turn over information to George Zimmerman’s defense team in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

Corey with intentionally withholding photographic evidence of the injuries to George Zimmerman’s head in the warrant she allegedly issued under oath during her re-election cycle.

Legal experts such as Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz condemned her for falsely signing an arrest affidavit under oath, which intentionally omitted exculpatory evidence consisting of the photographs showing the injuries Zimmerman sustained, and rushing to charge him with second degree murder under political pressure. Dershowitz called her actions unethical and themselves crimes.

Kruidbos was hand-delivered a letter stating Kruidbos “can never again be trusted to step foot in this office.”

The letter contended Kruibos did a poor job overseeing the information technology department, violated public records law for retaining documents, and noted he was questioned in March when the office was trying to determine who had leaked personnel information obtained through a computer breach.

In an interview Friday, Kruidbos denied the allegations in the letter, which was written by Cheryl Peek, the managing director of the State Attorney’s Office.

Wesley White, who resigned from the State Attorney’s Office in December and is a critic of Corey.

Kruidbos said he became concerned that lead prosecutor Bernie de la Rionda might not have turned over Kruidbos’ report to defense attorneys. Kruidbos asked White in April for legal advice and described some contents of his report such as a photo of an African-American hand holding a gun, a photo of a plant resembling marijuana and a text message referring to a gun transaction.

White then contacted one of Zimmerman’s attorneys and learned the defense had not received the report generated by Kruidbos. The defense did receive the source file from the cellphone and used its own experts to extract data.

Last month, Zimmerman’s attorneys subpoenaed both White and Kruidbos during a pretrial hearing on their motion seeking sanctions against prosecutors. Circuit Judge Debra Nelson deferred a ruling until after the trial.

Before Kruidbos’ name surfaced in the Martin trial proceedings, he received a pay raise for “meritorious performance,” according to a document dated May 16 in his personnel file.

Larry Klayman, a former U.S. Justice Department prosecutor, a Florida lawyer since 1977, and now the “citizens’ prosecutor” who presided over the Ocala grand jury said this: “The Supreme Court has confirmed that the grand jury belongs to the American people, not the three branches of government. (504 U.S. 36, 48 (1992) (quoting United States v. R. Enterprises, Inc., 498 U.S. 292, 297 (1991)). By indicting Florida State Attorney Angela Corey, the people are exercising their God given rights, recognized by our Founding Fathers, to mete out justice when the political and legal establishment subverts the rule of law. Hopefully, this indictment will serve as a warning to the political and legal establishment that they are not above the law. Ironically, Corey will now be tried and likely convicted for her alleged crimes – which resulted in Zimmerman being charged under false pretenses, now coming home to roost during Zimmerman’s on-going trial. Corruption cannot be tolerated, particularly by law enforcement officers who are elected by the people to serve their ends, not the law enforcement officer’s political ends.”

An innocent (“White Hispanic”) man finally has been set free, despite the never ending lies and smears perpetrated by Obama (a White Black man), Holder, Sharpton, Jackson, the judge and the leftist supporting media – and the parents!!! – in their attempts to promote increasing racial division!!!!! They never pass up a perceived opportunity to foment racial violence as a means of enhancing the agenda of the evil regime.

This witch and her weasel have been trying the case again, in the court of public opinion, which is wrong. They are trying to stir up more racial hatred, and should be in jail.
Her weasel is NOT an elected official, and I have paperwork on the way to me that will be filled out, and lots and lots of other signatures on it when it is returned. I will see his licence to practice law in Florida removed.

speaking of riding fences, John McSame McCain, and Obozo and others have been in full support of the terrorist organization Muslim Brotherhood, and on the border closing argument, McSame is jumping out of the saddle he has strapped to a fence, now, on the side of the gang of eight bill that gives Obozo the power to stop the fence.
