Arnold, Bruce, Jet Li, Chuck Norris joins Sly for ‘Expendables 2’
Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bruce Willis join the cast of “The Expendables” sequel. Deadline reports that the actors, who had cameos in the original, will appear in “substantial” roles for The Expendables 2.
No other details are given as to the nature of Schwarzenegger and Willis’ involvement, but it sounds like they’ll be getting considerably more screen time. Simon West is directing the follow-up, which may or may not be shooting in China. Stallone is joined by returning cast members Jet Li, Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren, Mickey Rourke, and Terry Crews. Chuck Norris, John Travolta, Donnie Yen, and Jean-Claude Van Damme are other rumored additions. The Expendables 2 opens August 17, 2012.
