Amit Raizada And Vision Venture Partners Dedicated To Both Business Success And Charitable Endeavors

Amit Raizada has a sterling resume that would make any businessman blush. He began his career in 2002 by founding Spectrum Business Ventures (SBV), a venture capital firm that ultimately accumulated over 60 companies in Raizada’s 15 years as Chief Executive Officer. Unlike other firms, Raizada always believed in diversifying his company’s holdings. Today, SBV holds companies in the following industries: Food and Beverage, Hospitality, Technology, Finance, Energy, Technology, and eSports. Raizada added a real estate component in 2006, placing a strong emphasis on multi-family housing complexes that foreshadowed his later charitable endeavors.

Raizada concluded investments with some of the largest companies in the world during his SBV tenure, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Select Quote, and HDFilms. This gives him practical experience working with and for the heaviest hitters in the business world.

Raizada left the day-to-day operations of SBV behind in 2017 to join Vision Venture Partners (VVP), a venture capital firm dedicated to discovering industries with massive growth potential and helping them reach it through outside-the-box thinking. Raizada still serves on SBV’s Board of Directors, and remains an influential voice on the boards of several of the companies he acquired for them as well.

Raizada wears a variety of hats in his new role, as finding exciting growth opportunities, performing due diligence, transaction structuring, and risk mitigation all fall under his purview. Thankfully, his previous experience leaves him well-suited to all of these tasks.

One of VVP’s highest profile investments is Team Echo Fox, a competitive video gaming team that backers Raizada, Rick Fox, and Stratton Sclavos hope can be as big as an MLB or NFL franchise some day. The general strategy is to procure the best players across multiple titles and then provide them with top-notch facilities and coaching, allowing them to dominate eSports in a way that is seldom seen in professional sports.

While Raizada has certainly enjoyed a successful career, he also realizes that he couldn’t have done it without the people under him and a dash of good fortune. The rest of the VVP team feels the same way, and have launched the Vision Global Foundation to share their success with others.

The Vision Global Foundation is VVP’s charitable arm, donating 10 percent of company profits plus 10 percent of employee time to worthy causes in every country they do business with. Their latest partnership is with the Orphaned Starfish Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to helping the victims of abuse, orphans, and other at-risk youth with permanent programs across the United States and beyond.

This philanthropic work separates Raizada from many in his industry, proving that he has the heart to match his business acumen. Amit Raizada Vision Venture Partners are poised to change the business landscape as we know it!
