‘Agents of SHIELD’ season 4: Aida seeks Darkhold book, Coulson’s LMD mystery
Following a recent synopsis for the second half of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 4, ABC (via Spoiler TV) has released a more specific breakdown for the first episode back, “Broken Promises.”
It reveals that Aida is going to begin seeking out the Darkhold book in an effort to gain more power, and that Coulson and May are finally going to “grow closer.” Unfortunately for the former director, he has no idea his friend is actually an LMD.
“Though Coulson (Clark Gregg) and May (Ming-Na Wen) are growing closer, Coulson remains unaware of the dark secret May is hiding beneath the surface. Meanwhile, Aida is unrelenting in her search for the Darkhold.”
“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” also stars Chloe Bennet as Daisy Johnson, Elizabeth Henstridge as Agent Jemma Simmons and Henry Simmons as Agent Alphonso “Mack” MacKenzie.
Guest stars in the season include Natalia Cordova-Buckley as Elena “Yo-Yo” Rodriguez, Jason O’Mara as Jeffrey Mace, Parminder Nagra as Ellen Nadeer, Lorenzo James Henrie as Gabe Reyes, Lili Birdsell as Lucy Bauer and Jose Zuniga as Eli Morrow.
“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” returns with the new episode titled “Broken Promises” on January 10, 2017 at 10 P.M. ET on ABC.
