ABC moves ahead with Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD a third season as well as Agent Carter for a second season. The rumored spin-off from Agents of SHIELD will not happen and Adrianne Palicki and Nick Blood, who played Bobbi Morse, aka Mockingbird, and Lance Hunter on SHIELD season two will be back.
Deadline confirmed “ABC and Marvel have put the brakes on the proposed Agents of SHIELD spinoff” but offered no precise explanation for the decision not to go forward.
“ABC and Marvel also are secretly working on a potential series with John Ridley, who will be busy with a second installment of American Crime, just picked up by the network,” Deadline.
