‘90210’ star Jason Priestley cast for 300th episode of ‘CSI’ as reclusive casino mover and shaker

Jason Priestley has joined the cast of CSI‘s landmark 300th episode.

The Beverly Hills, 90210 star will play a casino mogul in the long-running crime drama’s anniversary installment, Entertainment Weekly reports.

Priestley’s character fell victim to a scandal, ending his days as a mover in Las Vegas, and ruined his business as well as his life.

His career was made by his role as Brandon Walsh on the popular TV series Beverly Hills 90210.

One Tree Hill star Bethany Joy Lenz was previously confirmed to make a guest appearance in CSI‘s 300th edition.

Former series regular Marg Helgenberger will reprise her role of Catherine Willows for the special episode, it was announced earlier this month.

Helgenberger will star opposite Lost star Josh Holloway in a new CBS drama called Intelligence, which begins February 24.

George Eads, who plays Nick Stokes, will miss the anniversary after being involved in an on-set altercation with one of CSI‘s writers.

The 46-year-old is currently on a leave of absence from the procedural following the incident.

CSI‘s 300th episode will air on CBS on October 23.
