Their CEO is a Former Marine
Charles E Phillips became CEO of Infor in 2010, prior to leading the enterprise software company; Phillips was a captain in the United States Marine Corps. Though he learned lessons from the Marines Phillips does not run Infor like a boot camp. Phillips uses the discipline he learned in the marines to enforce rules that encourage creativity, creating what has been called a climate of disrupters. Infor’s 13,000 employees are constantly innovating and Infor is considered a great company to work for.

Infor Works Closely with Industries
Infor creates custom business applications for dozens of different fields. Infor’s success with enterprise software solutions has been accredited with their two-way communication with their clients.
