2016 US Senate races: John McCain vs Kelli Ward, Alan Grayson takes on David Jolly

This week on Dispatch Radio, former U.S. Senate candidate Alex Snitker discusses a few of the 2016 races, including John McCain’s struggles against Dr. Kelli Ward for his seat in Arizona and news that an Open Debate between Alan Grayson and David Jolly is set. Snitker talks about these candidates, questions other competition and offers insight as the 2016 races heat up.

Snitker doesn’t hold back from attacking McCain, “John McCain is the greatest example of somebody who utilized his story to really do…do damage to America….[If] you’re looking for the definition of a bad guy in Washington, John McCain is the guy to want to look at…”

McCain backing out of attending the Republican National Convention is an easy call, offering no support for frontrunner Donald Trump or Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, but now has to compete against Ward, who has risen in recent polls.

“It’s nice to they’re (establishment GOP) are starting to lose,” he added.

Brandon brings up the House of Cards and parallels to real politicians and this corruption is running across both parties and should “scare America to death.”

Next up was news that The Young Turks will be part of the Open Debate between Alan Grayson and David Jolly for the seat vacated by Marco Rubio and Snitker is quick to give his explanation and why other candidates are absent (e.g. Patrick Murphy).

“Jolly has is own primary to run,” Snitker says, explaining how Jolly is avoiding Charlie Crist in a Pinellas race and how he’s trying to separate himself from other GOP candidates. “Grayson is doing it to make Murphy compete against him and at the same time, Jolly is doing it so he doesn’t have to compete against the other guy…”

There is no holding back with Snitker when it comes to the Republicans and Democrats, so check back next time when he promises to offer up some names, some candidate that he WOULD support in 2016.
