2016 Presidential Race: Rand Paul and Chris Christie lead Republicans in New Hampshire according to poll
Yes it’s only 2013, but the race for the Republican Presidential prospects for 2016 is alive and well, and this early on the two at the top in New Hampshire are Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) and New Jersey Republican Governor Chris Christie, according to a new Public Policy Polling (PPP) survey released Wednesday.
According to the poll, Paul and Christie are neck-and-neck in the Granite State garnering 20% and 19% of the vote, respectively.
Following the top two are Jeb Bush (14%), 12% for Kelly Ayotte, 10% for Ted Cruz, 7% for Marco Rubio and Paul Ryan, 3% for Bobby Jindal, and 2% for Rick Santorum.
A PPP poll done in April shows just how far Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) has fallen from Republican graces as he fell some 18 points.
PPP reports that certain demographics favor Paul, while others favor Christie. Paul has a pretty big lead with conservatives, getting 24% to 15% for Bush, 13% for Cruz, 11% for Christie, and 10% for Ayotte. Christie keeps it close overall though because he’s dominant with moderates, getting 37% to 16% for Paul and 15% for Ayotte.
There is also a gender and age differences between the two potential candidates. Paul leads Christie 25/17 with men, while Christie gets 21% of women to 15% each for Paul and Bush. And Christie leads with seniors at 19% to 17% for Bush and 16% for Paul, while Paul has the advantage with younger voters at 21% to 17% for Christie.
With potential Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton clearly dominating her possible opponents with 57%, with her closest challenge coming from current VP Joe Biden at 12%, she also beats all possible Republican opponents in a hypothetical general election in NH with Christie coming closest, trailing by 4%.

Jim Bridenstine, freshman Oklahoma House Rep, who stood before Congress on 6/4/13 & said Obama & Biden are unfit to lead our country. It took a brave man to speak the truth before Congress, but then again, Mr. Bridenstine flew missions in Iraq & Afghanistan so he’s used to fighting the “enemy”.
We need to put him on the 2016 ballot. This PATRIOTIC American rebel may be exactly what we need in the White House.

– degree in Economics (I don’t think Obama can even spell it)
– Military background makes him qualified to be a REAL Commander-In-Chief (unlike Obama)
– spent time in Iraq & Afghanistan (military) so he can actually recognize the enemy (unlike Obama)
– currently in Navy Reserves & flies missions to South America fighting the “War On Drugs”, unlike Obama who is a self-confessed druggie and thinks taking away Americans’ guns will somehow end drug-fueled gang wars & other violence.
– opposed to Gun Control
– OPPOSED to Immigration Reform (unlike Obama, 14 Republican Senators & a pile of Dem Senators & Dem House Reps)
– Stands with Traditional marriage between a Man & a Woman (he’s married with 3 kids), voted against same sex marriage.
– Voted on a bill to push the Keystone Pipeline through (American jobs + lessen our dependency on Middle East oil) – unlike Obama who wants the U.S. to remain hostages to his best buds in the ME.
– Voted against Obamacare by defunding it
