Union Pacific issues statement, may fire Spencer Clawson over ‘Big Brother 15’ gay comment and Hitler reference

Big Brother 15 Spencer Clawson might get fired as well over questionable statements.

According to a recent report from TMZ, Big Brother 15 may not have been the best career move for contestant Spencer Clawson who has become the 3rd subject of another possible firing from his employer over some questionable comments he said on the live feeds.

Clawson currently works for Union Pacific as a railroad conductor, and they recently released a statement, saying, “The values represented by Spencer Clawson’s comments during the Big Brother show do not at all align with Union Pacific’s values. Mr. Clawson is on unpaid leave of absence while participating on Big Brother. Union Pacific does not condone his comments.”

They closed out their statement by saying, “acting in accordance with Collective Bargaining Agreement terms regarding Mr. Clawson,” which sounds like they may be setting things up to fire him.

His mother Donna spoke to TMZ to defend her son.

“Spencer really is a great guy,” she tells us … “This is not a guy that’s a bigot or a racist. And he’s not that way at home. He’s a great guy.”

As previously reported, other contestants: Aaryn Gries and GinaMarie Zimmerman have already been fired by their daytime employers over racist comments they’ve said, and they don’t even know it,yet, as they are confined from any outside communication while inside the house.

Great website you have here but I was wanting to know if you knew of any message boards
that cover the same topics talked about here?

I’d really like to be a part of online community where I can get advice from other experienced individuals that share the same interest.

If you have any recommendations, please let me know.
    Many thanks!

, “acting in accordance with Collective Bargaining Agreement terms regarding Mr. Clawson,” simply means they’re prevented from firing him because he’s protected by a union contract. Disgusting as his actions have been he didn’t commit them while on the job and unless there is an anti-hate speech clause in the contract they will have no grounds to terminate his employment.

If Union Pacific fires Spencer, then all the felons employed would have too be fired first!
