Trevor McNevan Thousand Foot Krutch interview, discusses Winter Jam 2014

Trevor McNevan from TFK is on the 2014 Winter Jam tour, but took time to speak with The Global Dispatch/Dispatch Radio about the tour, worship music and their new album.

McNevan describes the show and what fans can expect from the awesome lineup which includes Newsboys, Lecrae, Colton Dixon, Newsong, PLUMB, Tenth Avenue North, Love & The Outcome, Everfound, Derek Minor & Speaker Nick Hall.

“This tour has been awesome!” McNevan says of TFK joining the Winter Jam tour for the first time. “Overall, musically, there is something for everyone.”

“It’s a special tour,” McNevan says. “I’ve never been on a tour just like this,” he says explaining the family atmosphere, calling it “inspiring and refreshing.”

McNevan reflects on his positive experience with fans and Jam Church, even picking a couple of his favorite worship songs before talking about a new TFK album.

“…everyday writing for our new record,” he says of his downtime. McNevan discusses the process and says TFK fans may likely see a new album by the tail end of 2014.
