Timothy Jordan, Colorado homeless man found dead, ruled a homicide as details released
A 48-year-old Colorado man found dead Monday near an Interstate, died of multiple stab wounds, the El Paso County Coroner’s Office said Tuesday.
The death of Timothy Jordan has been ruled a homicide, the third declared in Colorado Springs in 2013.
Jordan’s body was discovered shortly before 11 a.m. Monday under the overpass onto the Interstate.
Officer Dan McCormack with the CSPD Homeless Outreach Team was at the scene and said Jordan is homeless and has been in the area for a couple of months. McCormack said the team has been in contact with him before.
According to McCormack, another homeless man found the body, called police and said he would only talk with H.O.T. officers.
