‘The Punisher’ season 2 set for January 18, new trailers, photos and details emerge
The Netflix series The Punisher, the popular vigilante saga based on the popular Marvel Comics crime-fighting commando, will return with the Jan. 18 release of Season 2, according to the new teaser trailer.
The new season finds Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal), living as a nomad as the new season begins.
The official Netflix set-up synopsis for the new season of The Punisher:
“Former marine-turned-vigilante Frank Castle has been living a quiet life on the road until he suddenly becomes embroiled in the attempted murder of a young girl (Giorgia Whigham). As he is drawn into the mystery surrounding her and those in pursuit of the information she holds, Castle attracts a new target on his back as new and old enemies force him to confront whether he should accept his destiny and embrace a life as the Punisher.”

The Punisher is being brought to life by Steve Lightfoot (Hannibal), who serves as showrunner, writer and executive producer. The cast also features Ben Barnes (Billy Russo), Amber Rose Revah (Dinah Madani), Jason R. Moore (Curtis), Josh Stewart (John Pilgrim), and Floriana Lima (Dr. Krista Dumont).
