Thanos and the Black Order revealed in new ‘Avengers Infinity War’ trailer

With Avengers: Infinity War just around the corner, Marvel Studios has debuted a new trailer for the blockbuster Marvel Cinematic Universe epic, revealing a ton of new footage.

The upcoming Avengers sequel has been touted as the start of the “culmination” of the MCU, along with the still untitled follow-up Avengers 4.

Infinity War centers on Thanos (Josh Brolin) and his collection of the Infinity Stones, which grant him the power to reshape reality and destroy the universe when placed in the Infinity Gauntlet. Now it’s up to the Earth’s Mightiest Heroes to stop him.

While plot details have been kept well under wraps, fans know that Infinity War follows Thanos touring the galaxy, collecting the keys to his godly power, and that search will ultimately lead him to Wakanda where the Avengers make a last stand to keep the Mind Stone in Vision’s head and out of Thanos’ hands.

Check out the new trailer and some photos below.

Directors Joe and Anthony Russo will close out all three phases of the Marvel Cinematic Universe to battle the Mad Titan, Thanos.

Avengers: Infinity War stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Samuel L. Jackson, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel, Don Cheadle, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Tom Holland, Benedict Cumberbatch, Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly and Tom Hiddleston.

Scripted by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely (Captain America: Civil War), the film opens April 27, 2018
