‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Out of the Shadows’ Super Bowl ad reveals Krang

The reboot of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles may have been panned by some fans and critics, but it scored at the box and has spawned second film: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows. The new film was featured in a new Super Bowl ad and gave fans their first look at Turtle baddie Krang.

Krang is seen in his humanoid “ex-suit,” which protects his frail body. Check out a series of photos below capturing some of the shots.

Dave Green is directing the sequel, taking over from Jonathan Liebesman, which stars Megan Fox.

Also featured among the TMNT 2 cast are Arrow star Stephen Amell as vigilante Casey Jones, Brian Tee as Shredder, and Brittany Ishibashi as Shredder’s daughter Karai.

Out of Shadows also stars Will Arnett, Alan Ritchson, Noel Fisher, Pete Ploszek, Jeremy Howard, Tyler Perry, Laura Linney, Stephen “Sheamus” Farrelly and Gary Anthony Williams.

TMNT: Out of the Shadows is in theaters June 3.
