A second video by a Boston television station also caught the actions of the suspect. The suspect is expected to appear before a federal court later today.

The video showed a man carrying a black bag and depositing it at the scene of the blast.

The Associated Press reports that the bombs were in 1.6-gallon pressure cookers and placed in black duffel bags. The explosives were placed on the ground and contained shards of metal, nails and ball bearings

Three people were killed in the terror act: 8-year-old Martin Richard, 29-year-old Krystle Campbell and Boston University graduate student Lu Lingzi of China.
