Strong leadership and vision are behind the successes of the Bayrock Group led by Tevfik Arif

While real estate and investment firms are facing increasing challenges in a dynamic and changing environment, the Bayrock Group led by Tevfik Arif are going from strength to strength. A combination of strong consistent leadership and shrewd investments have assured the success and the growth of the company. In a climate where companies need to strike the right balance between risk management, innovation and entrepreneurship, Tevfik Arif appears to be steering Bayrock unerringly in the right direction.

Bayrock Group are active in several markets and sectors including condominiums, hotels, commercial units and mixed-use projects both in the United States, Asia and Europe. The company invests directly but also enters strategic relationships with leading investment and development groups.

Mr Arif was recently quoted as saying that it was the ability of his multinational team of real estate specialists that evaluate high-growth real estate development opportunities, mitigate risks and structure complex transactions that has resulted in the highly successful collaborations.

Recent projects include Waterpointe in New York, Trump international Hotel & Tower in Fort Lauderdale and Trump International and Tower in Phoenix.

The 15-acre Waterpointe property includes 1000 feet of waterfront in Queens New York, overlooking the East River and Manhattan with views of the Throgs and Neck Bridge and Whitestone Bridge, was developed in partnership with Apollo Real Estate Advisors and GMUK Investment Company Ltd.

Trump International Hotel &Tower Fort Lauderdale is a development in partnership with New York based developer Roy Stillman and Donald J. Trump. This is a luxury condominium/hotel overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and designed by the famous architect Michael Graves. The same team is responsible for the Trump International Hotel & Residences in Phoenix, Biltmore, with an exclusive spa, swimming pools and restaurants.

Bayrock partnered with a company called Midtown Miami to develop 56 acres in Buena Vista, Miami. The complex when completed will feature 3000 residential units and 1.2 million square feet of retail space.

Trump Las Olas on Fort Lauderdale beach saw a partnership between Bayrock, Donald J. Trump and Gene Kessler. This was a 100,000 square foot boutique hotel on the beach with accompanying services and features.

Mr. Arif has also made his mark on the Manhattan skyline with The Dominick, a stunning example of modern architecture on Spring Street in New York. Originally called Trump SoHo the building was renamed in 2017 when it was felt that the name did not contribute to its image in the overwhelmingly Democratic State.
