Deputies talked to the occupant of the Silverado, Charles J. Tapp, and  discovered in his possession, Methamphetamine and various chemicals used in the production of  Meth. Tapp was cooking meth in his car on the beach!

Upon inspection of the car, deputies found Tapp, 24, placing items into a bag located in the back seat of the truck.
