Roseanne Barr for President? Says she’ll run on ‘Green Tea Party’ ticket

Since the Green Party nomination went to Jill Stein last week, actress and domestic goddess, Roseanne Barr still has her eyes on being the “leader of the free world”.

According to a report in Shalom Life Friday, regardless of Barr’s lack of political experience, “the Green Party had considered her a legitimate contender. Her supporters appreciate her outspoken voice and value system, including but not limited to supporting legalization of marijuana and beheading the wealthy that refuse to give up their money”.

Barr later tweeted that she intends to run as an independent under the banner, “Green Tea Party”. The report said she described a “Green Tea Party” as “an American Woman’s Party based on Green Markets, Sustainability, Social Safety Net/peace.”

Four Green Party Presidential candidates, including Barr and Stein, were scheduled to speak at the Green Party of Texas State Nominating Convention in San Antonio this weekend.
