Pastor Bayless Conley still in critical condition from boat accident, Pastor Jeff Perry ‘doing well’
Pastor Bayless Conley is still hospitalized and in critical condition after a surgery following a boating accident Monday evening.
“Last night, Pastor Bayless and two of his friends were in a boating accident. Pastor Bayless underwent surgery which went well, and following surgery he is responsive,” says an update on Conley’s Facebook page.
“According to his doctors the next 24-48 hours are important to his recovery,” the message continues. “Please join us as we pray and trust God for a full and speedy recovery for Pastor Bayless and his friends. Also prayer for comfort to them and their families during this time. Jeremiah 30:17 says, ‘For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds, says the Lord.’”
Pastor Jeff Perry was also aboard and injured in the crash. Perry, who runs St. Louis Family Church in Chesterfield, Missouri was also taken to the hospital and the family reports that he is doing well.
