Olivia Wilde would love to star in ‘Tomb Raider’ reboot

Olivia Wilde has revealed that she would love to play Lara Croft.

A reboot of the franchise is in the works – and with Angelina Jolie rumoured not reprising the role speculation is mounting over who should take over.

And while Wilde admits that she has not been approached for the movie she would love to do it.

Speaking to MTV the actress said: “That would be so awesome. I love Lara Croft.

“As far as I know right now, I’m not playing [her]. But that’s really cool that people think I should.”

Wilde will be back on the big screen this summer with Cowboys & Aliens, which sees her team up with Daniel Craig and Harrison Ford.
