Ohio teen, Anthony Brown, charged in the murder of a Michigan man, Allen Lindeman

An Ohio County grand jury indicted Anthony Donald Brown, age 18, of Dayton, Ohio on 15 felony counts in the shooting of a Michigan man last month.

Anthony BrownBrown will face charges for the murder of Allen Lindeman, age 42, during a home invasion back in October. He was arrested and faced a grand jury.

Two men reportedly attacked Lindeman and opened fire after Lindeman allegedly “flashed money” at a local pool hall.

The grand jury returned an indictment accusing him of the following charges: Three counts of murder, two counts of kidnapping, three counts of aggravated robbery, two counts of aggravated burglary, two counts of felonious assault and three counts of having weapons as a convicted person.

All of the counts, except the ones involving weapons, include 3‐year firearm specifications upon sentencing. That means he would get added time in prison if he is convicted as charged.

Brown is barred from having a gun because of previous juvenile convictions.

His arraignment is scheduled for Thursday.
