Ohio ecoterrorist Elizabeth Lecron praised Columbine shooters, Dylann Roof

An Ohio woman has been arrested for a plot to bomb a Georgia pipeline and commit mass murder at a Toledo bar. The FBI apprehended Elizabeth Lecron, claiming the woman has a fondness of the Columbine school killers and Charleston church shooter Dylann Roof.

Lecron, 23, was arrested by the FBI for plotting to make and plant pipe bombs.

Federal prosecutors say she was obsessed with mass murderers.

She admired and corresponded with Charleston church shooter Roof. While she had several targets she was interested in bombing, the first was going to be a pipeline in Georgia.

“She later confirmed she was willing to sabotage anything that harms the environment,” authorities at the Department of Justice stated.

“On Dec. 8, just two days ago, Lecron purchased two pounds of gunpowder and 600 screws, likely to be used as shrapnel, with knowledge these items would be used to construct pipe bombs,” said FBI Special Agent Michael Fortunato.

“Through her words and actions, she demonstrated that she was committed to seeing death and destruction in order to advance hate. This case demonstrates terrorism comes in many guises and we will remain vigilant to protect all Americans,” said Justin Herdman, the U.S. attorney for the northern district of Ohio.

Her Tumblr account was shut down for undisclosed offensive content, prompting her to create a new account using the name “CharlestonChurchMiracle,” according to the DOJ.

The affidavit in the case states that she “began corresponding with” Roof, although the nature and frequency of the communications were not disclosed.
