Obamacare hotline employee, Earline Davis gets fired after talking to Sean Hannity, Hannity offers her $26K
A day after receiving a call from Sean Hannity on his radio show Monday, the Obamacare operator who took his call and answered his questions was fired from the position she held.
The Fox News and radio host called the hotline on Monday and spoke on-air with her about promised improvements to the Obamacare website.
However, as Davis describes it, the next day she was escorted up to human resources and told that she would be released from the company.
Davis later appeared on the Hannity television show to describe the events of the day. When Hannity asked her what the specific reason was, she told him that her employer said she was not permitted to have contact with the media.
Davis was employed there for five weeks before being let go.
Davis is the single mother of two children, and Hannity has promised her a one-year tax-free salary of $26,000, which is what she would have earned if she kept her job. He is also trying to help her find a new job.
At the end of the interview with Davis, Hannity asked, “Are you surprised that Kathleen Sebelius still has her job and you lost yours?”
