Nicola Peltz confirms Bradley to return for ‘Bates Motel’ season 3, more details at SDCC
Fans of the hit show Bates Motel will rejoice as Nicola Peltz will be back as Bradley for the upcoming third season. According to We Got This Covered in an exclusive, the young star is set to come back.
On returning Peltz “…and I’m going back on Bates [Motel], so I’m excited about that.”
Following her role in Transformers: Age of Extinction, Peltz is promoting her film Affluenza and confirmed Bradley Martin’s return to Pine Bay. Bradley was a key love interest of Norman Bates (Freddie Highmore) through season 1, but made an unexpected exit during season 2.
We Got This Covered noted: “If that’s not official confirmation, then I don’t know what is. We have yet to hear anything from the network, but Peltz is obviously in the know. If she says she’s coming back, then fans should expect to see Bradley Martin make a return to White Pine Bay when the show starts up again for its third season in early 2015.”
The A&E show is a prequel to the classic film Psycho by Alfred Hitchcock, following the lives of Norman and his mother Norma, played by Vera Farmiga.
Fans may not have to wait long for news as executive producers Carlton Cuse and Kerry Ehrin will be joined by the cast, including Farmiga, Highmore, Olivia Cooke and Nestor Carbonell to discuss the hit series at SDCC. Fans will hear firsthand details about what is to come in season three debuting in 2015.
Bates Motel will have a special surprise for fans on the Comic-Con floor starting preview night, Wednesday, July 23. A&E is setting up Norman’s taxidermy studio for fans to be able to be able to explore Norman’s creepy world.
The recreated workshop will make its debut with props similar to those on the set of the original series. Fans will be able to go behind Norman’s desk and create a custom GIF with the infamous taxidermic bird as inspired by the world of Alfred Hitchcock.
In addition, fans can also pick up a “Bates Motel” themed temporary tattoo designed by the geek- loving artists from A&E’s upcoming series Epic Ink.
Finally. Was waiting to hear this ’cause the show’s quite crappy without her…
