New ‘World War Z’ posters and banners preview massive global destruction from zombie apocalypse

The new poster for World War Z arrived online and featured Brad Pitt and family caught in the epicenter of a zombie apocalypse.

Additionally, a series of new posters will reveal the destruction wrought across major cities worldwide: Berlin, Rome, Paris for example. (see below)

The CGI has been impressive and fan response very positive to the footage released thus far.

Adapted from Max Brooks’ best-selling novel, the new film will follow Pitt’s character, a UN worker, in a race against time to thwart the burgeoning zombie pandemic before it claims humanity altogether.

The official synopsis describes the film “United Nations employee Gerry Lane traverses the world in a race against time to stop the Zombie pandemic that is toppling armies and governments, and threatening to decimate humanity itself.” – IMDB

Directed by Marc Forster (Finding Neverland, Quantum Of Solace) and co-starring Mireille Enos, James Badge Dale, David Morse and Matthew Fox.

World War Z comes to theaters June 21, 2013.
