New Hampshire Gov race: Chris Sununu polling strong over Molly Kelly and Steve Marchand

Recent poll data points to a victory for Chris Sununu in the New Hampshire governor’s race.

The Democrat candidates are polling way behind Sununu: Molly Kelly is at 32% with Sununu at 48%, according to the UNH data. Against Steve Marchand, Sununu sits with a big lead: 48 over 33%.

“Sununu’s approval rating has bumped up slightly to 61 percent, from 59 percent in April. His disapproval rating also jumped from 16 percent to 21 percent, while 17 percent had no opinion or did not know about him enough to say,” WMUR reported about the poll.

“The polling sample included 54 percent registered undeclared Granite Staters, 24 percent registered Democrats and 22 percent registered Republicans. But 45 percent of those polled identified themselves as Democrats, 37 percent viewed themselves as Republicans and 19 percent identified themselves as independents, according to the survey center.”
