Mysterious note adds drama to Brittany Royal murder case with Boaz Johnson still missing
Presumed a suspect at this point, Boaz Johnson is still missing and police only inch closer to answers as a new “note” points to a more complex and hideous murder case.
Hawaii News Now reports that notes or “fliers” have “popped up in Puna saying police are looking for the wrong suspect because that man is also dead” – that man is Boaz Johnson.
The note proclaims “‘Bo made 4 mistakes.’ It goes on to talk specifics including trying to buy land, and conduct lava tours, without giving locals a cut of 1000 dollars a week.”
Brittany Royal’s death, and the death of her unborn child, rocked the family and friends, many maintain Bo Johnson would never kill anyone.
According to the letter, in the alleged killer’s words, “haole had to be killed befor he buy land”… to “send a message that Puna was for the pono.”
The letter also says the killer “took the 2 haole for boat ride at night to see lava tour boat but never came back… The next day said “haole shark bait. Bo was cut to peces-make blood, girl was throw in. He not going to be found.”
Court documents reveal that Brittany and Bo were camping together before Brittany was killed. Evidence indicates that Brittany’s body was dragged from the campsite. A bundled nylon rope that is consistent with marks found on Brittany’s neck was also found at the site, among other evidence.
