Miley Cyrus campaigns to get Hillary Clinton voters registered, but it was after the deadline

On Saturday, singer/actress Miley Cyrus campaigned for Hillary Clinton on the campus of George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.

Cyrus visited dorms, met with students, and encouraged people to register to vote and to vote for Hillary Clinton come November. There’s just one small issue–Virginia’s voter registration deadline was Friday, October 21, and Cyrus visited the school on October 22nd.

“Given that 81 percent of GMU students are Virginia residents and therefore can no longer register to vote in the state as of Friday, it seems as though perhaps the timing wasn’t exactly the best for Cyrus’ visit,” Townhall kindly points out. “While in theory it’s possible that she was able to register some out-of-state students who still have time to get their registrations in, this just seems like a complete waste of time and did nothing to actually improve the democratic process.”

Cyrus has threatened to leave the country if Donald Trump were elected president.

“Honestly f*** this s*** I am moving if this is my president! I don’t say things I don’t mean!” Cyrus eloquently posted on social media:

Yes . That is a tear rolling down my cheek dripping off the end of my nose….. This makes me so unbelievable scared and sad…. Not only for our country but for animals that I love more than anything in this world…. My heart is broken into a 100000 pieces ….. I think I may vomit …. That picture on the right is so disturbing…. YOU are not destiny! It is not your job to decide when a living things life is over …. & YOU DT ARE NOT GOD NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU THINK YOU ARE!!! (& if he doesn’t think he is “God” he thinks he is the f***ing chosen one or some s**t! We’re all just f***ing jam between his rich a*s toes! Honestly f*** this s**t I am moving if this is my president! I don’t say things I don’t mean! )
