McDonalds, Walmart and Subway most visited businesses
A new study by Placed Insights shows that McDonalds is the most visited business, where nearly half (49%) of Americans over the age of 14 visited a McDonald’s location at some point in March, with Walmart in a distant second with four out of 10 people visiting.
Walmart had nearly 3-times the number of visitors as competitor Target.
Following McDonalds and Walmart are Subway at 38%, Burger King and Starbucks at 24% rounding out the Top5.
GameStop (#12) and RadioShack (#14) ranked as the top electronic retailers. Notably absent from the Top 20, electronic retailer Best Buy came in at #35.
