Man wears Mitt Romney mask to rob Virginia bank
A man wearing what appears to be a Mitt Romney mask and a Florida State Seminole sweatshirt robbed a Virginia bank Thursday. The same bank hit by a robber in a Hillary Clinton mask two years ago.
The robbery at the Sterling Wells Fargo was not a “grab and go,” says authorities. The thief went teller to teller, stealing from all five.
Police went to the Party City behind the bank to see if anyone bought a mask there Thursday.
NBC noted that the same bank was robbed in 2010 by someone wearing a Hillary Clinton mask.
